A smoother sign-in across our sites

Your session now reaches the portal, the public map, and the data API consistently, so moving between them no longer signs you out unexpectedly. If you have ever been logged out for no clear reason while switching between our pages, that no longer happens.

A safer way to receive a data API token

Organisations that consume our data API now receive their access token through a one-click, single-use, time-limited link instead of the raw token in an email. The token is shown only after you press "Reveal", so email security scanners and link previews can no longer expose or use up the link before you do. The link expires after 15 days. This is a more secure handover with no extra steps on your side.
